This is Wat Phnom(mountain pagoda) in Phnom Penh,Cambodia.Its located on a man-made hill, and its significant is being a Buddhist temple in Phnom Penh. Theres a legend that says Daun Penh,a woman who found five buddha statues on the banks of the Mekong River,built a pagoda on a hill to house them, and this hill became known as Phnom Don Penh.
